Too Much Poundage and Not Enough Muscle
Well the new year is in full swing and it started in spectacular fashion as I lost my cell phone and all the Little Nomster entries I’ve yet to upload. Luckily with the help of friends I’m able to survive with a borrowed phone in the meantime.
Back on track here, weighing in at 180 lbs I’ve gone way over the weight threshold I set when I initially lost it all two tears ago. So as part of the promise I to myself, I’m putting myself back on Gastric Confusion in the next few days. My goal is reach 170 lbs by the summer. It’s not gonna be easy but with the help of my girlfriend and her competitive ways it’ll help melt the time away.
In conclusion, I’m gonna prepare myself this week by not splurging on ridiculously awesome fast food and candy, however I will try to eat well but only in large proportions! Wish me luck people!
So I open my birthday / Xmas gift and the first thing I see is a Tebow magazine cover… God I hate Tebow…
