Kon’s Bar-B-Que Wings

Marinade the Following
1 Stick of Margarine
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Red Wine
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons of Dry Mustard
Garlic Salt (for taste)
1/2 cup of Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine all the ingredients and marinade in low simmer.

Option A.
Place wings in pan all facing same way and using an applicator or marinade brush, apply marinade on wings. Place in fridge for one hour.

Option B.

  • Place all wings in large Ziploc bag, preferably ones used for frozen meat, they are generally larger. Once wings are in bag, pour marinade into the Ziploc and seal it. Try to release as much as doing so. Flip the bag around and about so that the meniscus of the marinade is slightly above the wings e.g. drown them. Place the wings in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Once wings are thoroughly marinated and ready to be cooked, place wings on flat plan and space out evenly. Place pan into oven and drop the temperature to 250 degrees.
  • Bake for 4 to 5 hours tuning wings over every 30 minutes. At each turn use applicator and brush marinade over top side of the wing, and again until wings are thoroughly cooked and ready to heat.

Serve to all.
