Furniture Measurements So my pops used to be a carpenter in his glory days, and pretty much made all the furniture in the home we grew up in.  Since my brother and I moved out, and left the Miami house, my parents kept all the custom furniture, for you know, just in case.  It just so happens I just in case need some bedroom furniture.  Yeah it’s old and bit tacky and dated, but to be honest I’m saving myself at least $500 and I know this bedroom set is made from quality materials.  Not the particle board at Wal-Mart and Target. Being I’m in such a little room,  I asked my moms to send me the measurements, this is the results, clearly from my father’s hands and in Spanish.  Now to get it from Kissimmee to Fort Lauderdale. Gripped I worked on this while on the job.  I pulled over a piece of paper full of my co-workers extensions and drew away.  Few minutes later I came up with this sketch.  I’m thinking about expanding on the idea.  Maybe expanding on the idea of constriction vs freedom and perhaps with charcoal or graphite… High-res

Upwards and Onwards Did this little ditty last night. I may go back to this later and fill in the white space with some water colors. I wanna try to show some contrasting textures and dried water droplets on the oil pastels. Couldn’t achieve this with water color pencils. High-res
