Screw You Champagne
My general feeling for champagne is meh. The bubbly and my natural brown and bubbly that is me, just don’t mix. There is only room for on bubbly in my life, and it’ll have to be me.

I’m in the jury duty waiting room and feeling left out and isolated right now, I thought what better way to convey how I feel then with sketch I did on my phone.
Furniture Measurements
So my pops used to be a carpenter in his glory days, and pretty much made all the furniture in the home we grew up in. Since my brother and I moved out, and left the Miami house, my parents kept all the custom furniture, for you know, just in case. It just so happens I just in case need some bedroom furniture. Yeah it’s old and bit tacky and dated, but to be honest I’m saving myself at least $500 and I know this bedroom set is made from quality materials. Not the particle board at Wal-Mart and Target.
Being I’m in such a little room, I asked my moms to send me the measurements, this is the results, clearly from my father’s hands and in Spanish. Now to get it from Kissimmee to Fort Lauderdale.
Gripped
I worked on this while on the job. I pulled over a piece of paper full of my co-workers extensions and drew away. Few minutes later I came up with this sketch. I’m thinking about expanding on the idea. Maybe expanding on the idea of constriction vs freedom and perhaps with charcoal or graphite…
Upwards and Onwards
Did this little ditty last night. I may go back to this later and fill in the white space with some water colors. I wanna try to show some contrasting textures and dried water droplets on the oil pastels. Couldn’t achieve this with water color pencils.
Something else from over a decade ago… its actually pretty bad now that I read it. I’m definitely no writer.

Something that’s been floating around in the head for the past few days. Haven’t decided whether to do it charcoal or oil pastels/water color when I make the final piece. I have to buy said mediums first. Decisions.
